* Outside city volume charges are billed at the inside city rate plus 75%

1.    The base charge covers the cost of meter reading, billing, customer service, meter maintenance and repair, and a portion of debt service.

2.    One cubic foot equals 7.48 gallons.

3.    All bi-monthly bills are due and payable within 25 days from date of billing. If the total amount due is not paid by the date shown on each bill, a late payment charge of $1.50 + 1.5% of the unpaid balance will be added to the account balance.
Customer accounts not paid by due date, receive a second notice as a reminder. If account is not paid by due date on second notice, service is subject to disconnection.  Should service be disconnected, a nonpayment service charge, plus the total amount due, must be paid to restore service.

4.    A separate connection, line, and meter are required for each house, mobile home, or building.

Customer Service representatives will work with anyone experiencing a valid hardship in paying a bill to make sure that water and sewer service is not disrupted.
